Anitra Kay has worked a combined 27 years in the food & beverage industry with experience in both front & back of the house. She attended Platt College for Interior Design Graduating in 1999, and has a combined experience of 11 years training and working as a Chef between Remington Park & Tom & Jerry's Fish & Steak Grille in Oklahoma City & the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs. Aunt Pittypat's welcomed Anitra Kay to the family in 2010 where she has worked as the catering staffing manager and is now a Sales & Event Manager.

Catherine has worked in the food & beverage industry for 27 years, in every aspect from service to management. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a degree in marketing and is certified in wedding planning. She spent 2 years with Dolly Levi's Event Design as a Full Scale Wedding & Event Planner, but Food and events combined is her passion, so this is the perfect place for her! She spent a split 13 years with Hal Smith Restaurant Group in every position from server to manager & worked for Belmar Golf Course as a restaurant & event manager as well.
